This class is perfect for all dancers! As a dancer you need to know how to use the abdominal muscles to help your technique improve. During this class you will be doing exercises to strengthen your core while learning injury prevention and care of your spine. You will learn basic anatomy of the muscles in your abdominal and truly learn the meaning of how to dance from your center.
