No dance experience needed. Pre-Ballet is for students from ages 4 to 5 who are interested in learning all about ballet. This class introduces basic ballet movement at a very elementary level, and features age appropriate music. During each class, dancers will learn new ballet steps, ballet terminology and participate in short combinations across the floor and center while enjoying social interaction and team work opportunities. |

Ages 5 to 8 years No dance experience needed. Ballet 1 is designed for students between the ages of 6 and 9 who are interested in learning the classic dance form of ballet. This class introduces basic ballet movements and terminology. Each class incorporates a formal ballet warm-up, introductory training of proper ballet technique, and combination's using ballet movements and technique. |
Ages 8 to 11 years Prerequisite: mastery of Ballet 1 Ballet 2 is designed for students between the ages 8 and 11 who have completed and mastered Ballet 1. This class introduces new second level ballet movements and terminology, as well as the history of ballet. Each class incorporates a formal ballet warm-up, training of proper ballet technique, and combinations incorporating ballet movements and technique using movements and technique learned from prior classes in addition to this level 2 class. |
Ages 10 to 12 years Prerequisite: mastery of Ballet 2 Ballet 3 is designed for students between the ages 10 and 12 who have completed and mastered Ballet 2. This class introduces new third level ballet movements and terminology as well as knowledge of how muscles work throughout movements. Each class incorporates a formal ballet warm-up, training of proper ballet technique, and combinations using ballet movements and technique learned from prior classes in addition to this level 3 class. |
Ages 12 and up Prerequisite: mastery of Ballet 3 Intermediate Ballet is designed for students ages 12 and older who have completed and mastered Ballet 3. This class introduces an intermediate level of ballet movements and terminology, and begins exploring original choreography from ballet variations. Each class incorporates a formal ballet warm-up, training of proper ballet technique, and combinations using ballet movements and technique learned from prior classes in addition to this intermediate level class. |
