Frequently Asked Questions
QUESTION: Is Elite open on holidays?
ANSWER: We are closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas break to allow our staff to celebrate the holidays with their families. We are also closed on the Sunday and Monday of Labor Day weekend and Memorial Day Weekend. We are open all other holidays!
QUESTION: Is Elite open for Spring Break?
ANSWER: Yes! We are open for all Spring Breaks. We understand that families may be traveling during this time, but are happy to support you if dance fits into that time for you.
QUESTION: What is your snow closure policy?
ANSWER: We tend to follow the schedule of school closures. When we close, we post on our website, news channels, Facebook, and we change our voicemail greeting. If we are open, we want our families to feel safe and secure in their travels. We will be here if traveling works for you.
QUESTION: How much does your program cost?
ANSWER: We offer monthly tuition for all of our classes. It is $75 for an hour and $55 for a half hour. We offer multi-class discounts as well! We also offer punch cards for all of our intermediate and advanced level classes. They range in price from $90 - $340 with 5, 10, or 20 punches available. We also offer private instruction in all styles and levels of dance. Private instruction is $30 for half hour sessions and $60 for one-hour sessions.
QUESTION: Can I come in and try out a class?
ANSWER: Absolutely! You can try out any class that we offer. We have a trial fee of $20 to try an hour class or $15 for a half hour class. If you decide to register for the class, we will apply the trial fee to your first month of tuition.
QUESTION: What ages do you teach?
ANSWER: We teach ages 2- 18 typically but also love having college age as well as adult dancers.
QUESTION: What styles of dance do you teach?
ANSWER: We teach Jazz, Contemporary/Lyrical, Ballet, Hip Hop, Tap, Poms, Tumbling, and strength training. We have a variety of classes designed for children ages 2-5 as well including Mommy & Me, Enchanted Beginnings, FUNdamentals, Pre-Ballet, Toddler Time, Tumbling Tots and Hippity Hop.
QUESTION: Do you allow drop in students?
ANSWER: We offer drop in classes for any of our Intermediate- Advanced level classes or specialty programs (strength and flexibility, poms, etc.) You can pay by class or purchase a punch card for 5, 10, or 20 punches.
QUESTION: Do you offer birthday rentals/parties?
ANSWER: We do! We have a birthday party package that is great for any age! Call us for more information!
QUESTION: Is it too late for my child to enroll?
ANSWER: Absolutely not! We always structure our classes so that students new to our program are set up for success. We would love for you to try out a class and see how we differ from other studios.
QUESTION: Do you give out evaluations of students?
ANSWER: We send out student evaluations twice per year in the mail! We always want to keep families aware of a dancer’s progress and value the opportunity to share that development.
